Your preschooler can read the Bible

About a month ago I had a parent recommend this Learn to Read Bible for my Kindergardener. This was by far one of the best books I have purchased. I have seen first hand how my child desires daily to read it. In fact in one weeks time she has read through  the Old Testament and is on to the  New Testament. The really great thing is she can recall Bible stories and  now she loves the Bible.
After hearing what other parents have told me about this and seeing it first hand I highly recommend this Bible. It has Bible stories with Colorful cartoon illustrations and each page has 4 easy to read lines that follows up each page with a question for the parent to ask to see if they recall what they are reading.
Start children off on the way they should go,
and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
-Proverbs 22:6-

Bracelets are the next BIG thing

What is a FAD?

According to Wikipedia:

A fad, sometimes called a trend or a craze, is any form of behavior that develops among a large population and is collectively followed with enthusiasm for some period, A fad is said to "catch on" when the number of people adopting it begins to increase rapidly. The behavior will normally fade quickly once the perception of novelty is gone.

Have you noticed that a re-occurring FAD is a form of a bracelet:

Introducing the Freedom Kidz circus shaped silly bands. Starting this week every kid that is a part of Freedom Kidz gets to join the Fad. It's just our way of saying Welcome to Freedom Kidz!

This Move will allow for more room to grow and safer and more exciting environments for your children. Its going to be a Sunday you don't want to miss, but the cool thing is we do this every week, so make your plans to be a part of Freedom Church this Sunday at North Cobb High School at either the 9:45 am or the 11:15am worship experiences. See you there!

Look how far we've come

Yesterday Freedom Church celebrated 2 years in existence. It was an exciting day and we met a lot of new friends. What better way to see what we have accomplished thus far than to show you the Big Top Name Tag Ball. Each week every child that comes through the door gets a name tag as they leave and remove their tag they get to add it to the ball. It started with one name tag and now holds thousands. To show you the size of the Big Top Name Tag Ball now after 2 years we set it beside a Nerf basketball.
I just wanted to share some of the smaller joys that we get as we reach the families that are far from God so that they can experience life in Christ.
