RockStar Sunday RECAP

This Sunday in Freedom Kidz we encouraged all our kidz and partners to take part in Rockstar Sunday, the halls were lined with stars each of them had a name of one of our volunteers that serve each week in Freedom Kidz, they are our rockstars! We had a lot of fun and we saw all kinds of kids dressed up for the occasion. Here are some fun pictures, enjoy!

Blacklight Egg Hunt

Freedom Kidz Invite you to the

BLACKLIGHT EGG HUNT

April 23rd and 24th

Here are some things you may need to know:

For directions to Barber Middle School or McClure Middle School -Visit our website
Your child may bring a basket or bag with them to the event.
We will also have bags available for those that forget.
This Glow in the dark Event will be for ages 2-12 but there will be a mini hunt for ages 0-1
There is something available for all ages. We would love to have you be a part of Easter Weekend at Freedom. See you there.
Bring your camera, photo opportunities are available

Preschool Series:

I CAN WELCOME JESUS,
Lil'k and Kai learn how to welcome Jesus just like a friend. Hear how Jesus traveled to Jerusalem being welcomed and celebrated by people waving palm branches. Jesus had a special job that no one else could do and that changed the world forever. Celebrate Easter withthe good news that Jesus is alive again!

April 10th - I can welcome Jesus - Matthew 21:7-11, John 12:12-15

April 17th - Jesus shows his love - Matthew 27:45-28:8

April 24th - Celebrate! Jesus is Alive

Elementary Series:

13 very bad days

During the month of April we will continue learning from people in the bible that have had bad days and how God can help us get through them. Last month we learned from Noah, Daniel, Moses and Joseph.

April 3rd - Bad Day #5 - Jonah - God Forgives us!

April 10th - Bad Day #6- Mary - God keeps His promises!

April 17th - Bad Day #7 The Disciples - Jesus takes care of us!

Show and Tell Sunday

Sunday March 27th is Show and Tell Sunday for our Preschoolers.

We want to encourage your 2 - 5 year olds to bring their favorite toy to Freedom Kidz.

I want to assure you that we will label each item and make sure that your child leaves with what your child brought.

over the past few weeks in the Playland and Funhouse (our Preschool environments) we have been looking at what God has made. The Series is called show and tell and we wanted to give your child the chance to show their friends something that is special to them that God had made.

Happy Birthday Freedom!

3 years ago today, Pastor JR and a group of people started what we call Freedom Church. God has done wonders here in the city of Acworth, Georgia. In the past 3 years we seen lives changed, marriages restored, and hundreds upon hundreds of people (children included) that have experienced life in Christ. This Sunday (January 30th) we are going to celebrate like only Freedom Church can, with style. Your invited to come take part in this celebration. Freedom Church meets at 9:45am or 11:15am - Barber Middle School located off New McEver Rd. in Acworth. See you there!

Recap: Halloween Sunday in Freedom Kidz

Sunday, October 31st in Freedom Kidz was a blast! There was all kinds of kids and adults dressed up and having so much fun. To top things off a CAR inside of North Cobb High School with a trunk filled with candy. 10,000 pieces to be exact. Here are a few pictures of the FUN!

One of the fun things we have planned for this Sunday:10,000 pieces of Candy. Every child that comes on Sunday gets a chance to dig into a Truck full of candy and leave with a bag. There is only 2 days left till halloween, so each day I want to share with you some of my favorite costumes.

One of the fun things we have planned for this Sunday:A Car Trunk Full of Candy, I mean FULL of candy did I say FULL. Every child that comes on Sunday gets a chance to dig into a Truck full of candy. over 10,000 pieces to choose from.There is only 3 days left till halloween, so each day I want to share with you some of my favorite costumes. One of the fun things we have planned for this Sunday: A Costume Contest is planned for this Sunday. We want to encourage each child to come dressed up in their halloween costume. Come be a part of the FUN. join the Freedom Kidz partners and Dress up! there is only 4 day left till halloween, so each day I want to share with you some of my favorite costumes.

One of the fun things we have planned for this Sunday: We will have a place set up for you in The Lobby to be able to take your child's picture. Every parent would love to be able to capture these moments. SO come prepared to take pictures. If you are not able we will have a camera set up and can email them to you the following week. There is only 5 day left till halloween, so each day I want to share with you some of my favorite costumes.

This Sunday is our Costume Contest and a Trunk full of Candy Sunday. Your kids are invited to come dressed up in their Halloween costume. Each child will be given a bag and get the chance to dig into a Trunk filled with sweets and goodies. Your child will walk away with enough candy for the both of you. We will also have a place set up for you to take your child's picture. you don't want them to miss out on this Freedom Kidz fun. There is only 6 day left till halloween, so each day I want to share with you some of my favorite costumes. (#6)
